After several irritating encounters with other tradespeople (who were either rude or uncommunicative) Neil was friendly, clear and had time for me to explain how best to sort out my heating. I live in a 70s flat and have struggled with inefficient heating. The new ones are fantastic. Neil was respectful and made the experience enjoyable rather than a chore. Having had bad service from other tradespeople recently, your company really stands out for its excellent customer service. I was regularly kept updated on the progress of the order, and even when it was delayed (by mutual agreement) due to lockdown, you still kept in touch to assure me the order had not been forgotten. The installation was done to a really professional standard and the installers clearly knew what they were doing, and were very polite and respectful of my home.
